Terms of use.

Agents on Demand (“we”) is a registered Texas business, operated as a sole proprietorship based in Houston, Texas. These terms cover your use of agentsondemand.tech and the text messages and calls we exchange with you. By using the site or texting us, you agree to them.

Using this site

The site describes our services and prices. It is information, not an offer you can accept by clicking: project work starts only under a separate written agreement that we both sign, and that agreement governs the work, the price and what you own. We may change the site, including prices, at any time.

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping that ignores our robots rules, and no submitting other people’s details without their permission.

Text messaging

Program. Agents on Demand customer care. We text only about a request you started with us.

How you join. You join when you text our business number, when we text you back after a call you made to us, or when you submit the form on this site with the text-consent box checked. You do not have to agree to texts to buy anything from us.

What we send. Replies to your questions, a confirmation that we received your request, and confirmations when an appointment you booked is set, moved or cancelled. We do not send marketing or promotions by text.

How often. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop. Reply STOP at any time (STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPT OUT all work). We send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing after it. To opt back in, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP, or email hello@agentsondemand.tech.

How messages arrive. By SMS or MMS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information. How we handle your number and messages is in our privacy policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Phone calls

Calls to our business number are answered by our AI receptionist, which can take a message, book a time or connect you with a representative. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately. If you would rather not be recorded, email us instead.

Our content

The text, images, videos and demos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to them; please do not copy them wholesale. What you own in work we build for you is set by your signed agreement.

No warranties on the site

The site and its demos are provided as they are. We try to keep them accurate but do not promise they are complete or error-free. Our guarantee on project work is the one in your signed agreement.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or our messages, and our total liability for the site and messages is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any dispute about them is heard in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
